VPC Creative Hub is our new platform for launching initiatives that nurture culture, spark imagination, and grow safer, smarter communities across Tonga. It’s where innovative concepts meet local values, and where creativity becomes a force for good.

Our first project under this banner is RoadWise Tonga, a beautifully designed colouring book series created by an award-winning design team. It teaches young Tongans—and visitors—the fundamentals of road safety and our Road Code in a way that’s fun, engaging, and meaningful.

• Intentionally damage our property or reputation,
• Engage in verbal abuse or threats toward our staff,

– then that behavior cannot and will not be condoned. Our team deserves to work in a safe, respectful environment, just as our customers deserve to be treated with dignity.

Additionally, if someone arrives at our office under the influence of substances that impair judgment or behavior, we will decline to rent a vehicle to them- even if that decision results in negative reviews. The safety of our staff, other customers, our vehicles, and the broader community is non-negotiable.

We understand that emotions can run high during travel, especially when things don’t go as expected. But attempting to manipulate or retaliate through false or misleading reviews is unfair- not only to us, but to the many people who rely on those reviews for genuine guidance.

Upholding Standards, Protecting Our People

We are incredibly proud of our team and the service they provide day in and day out. They work hard to ensure every customer is taken care of- from the first inquiry to the final vehicle return. Their safety, well-being, and peace of mind matter just as much as that of our customers.

Likewise, we have a responsibility to protect our property. Rental vehicles represent a significant investment, and they must be handled responsibly. We reserve the right to deny service to anyone whose behavior poses a risk to people or property.
