data-start=\"394\" data-end=\"424\">repossess a rental vehicle<\/strong>, and <strong data-start=\"430\" data-end=\"488\">permanently prohibit customers from all future rentals<\/strong> where the customer breaches the Terms &amp; Conditions or the Rental Agreement, engages in abusive, aggressive, intoxicated, or disruptive behaviour, or is unable or unwilling to follow instructions, policies, or legal requirements.<\/p><p data-start=\"719\" data-end=\"916\">Disagreement with staff decisions, dissatisfaction with communication style, lawful refusal of service, or lawful repossession <strong data-start=\"846\" data-end=\"915\">does not entitle a customer to service, a refund, or compensation<\/strong>.<\/p><p data-start=\"918\" data-end=\"1110\">Negative reviews posted in response to a lawful refusal of service, repossession, or enforcement action, or based on misrepresentation of events, <strong data-start=\"1064\" data-end=\"1109\">do not affect VPC\u2019s rights or obligations<\/strong>.<\/p><p data-start=\"1112\" data-end=\"1327\">VPC does not have the time or obligation to engage in litigation in such matters. <strong data-start=\"1194\" data-end=\"1327\">Such I became upset and used abusive language, and staff did not apologise but told me I would not be rented a car. I was a paying customer- how is this allowed?!<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-2324\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"4\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-2324\"><p data-start=\"478\" data-end=\"640\">VPC does <strong data-start=\"487\" data-end=\"543\">not hold or reserve vehicles without full prepayment<\/strong>. An unsuccessful online payment means <strong data-start=\"582\" data-end=\"610\">no booking was confirmed<\/strong> and no vehicle was allocated.<\/p><p data-start=\"642\" data-end=\"881\">In <strong data-start=\"645\" data-end=\"662\">limited cases<\/strong>, where availability permits, VPC <strong data-start=\"696\" data-end=\"744\">may reserve a vehicle if informed in advance<\/strong> and payment arrangements are confirmed prior to arrival. This is <strong data-start=\"810\" data-end=\"828\">not guaranteed<\/strong> and is subject to availability and staff discretion.<\/p><p data-start=\"883\" data-end=\"1113\">Availability is determined <strong data-start=\"910\" data-end=\"946\">at the time of confirmed payment<\/strong>, not at the time of arrival. Where vehicles are fully booked or allocated to prepaid reservations, VPC is <strong data-start=\"1053\" data-end=\"1070\">not obligated<\/strong> to provide a vehicle to walk-in customers.<\/p><p data-start=\"1115\" data-end=\"1214\">Payment intent or willingness to pay <strong data-start=\"1152\" data-end=\"1187\">does not create customer status<\/strong> or entitlement to service.<\/p><p data-start=\"1216\" data-end=\"1539\"><strong data-start=\"1216\" data-end=\"1445\">VPC reserves the right to refuse service immediately where a person engages in abusive, aggressive, or disruptive behaviour, whether in person, by phone, or via WhatsApp, including shouting, insults, or intimidation of staff.<\/strong> Staff are not required to apologise for enforcing payment, availability, or conduct policies.<\/p><p data-start=\"1541\" data-end=\"1775\">Being willing to pay <strong data-start=\"1562\" data-end=\"1583\">does not override<\/strong> booking requirements, availability constraints, or standards of respectful conduct.
