Our loyalty programme recognises returning customers who repeatedly choose to travel with us. Rather than offering discounts for a single booking, VPC Club rewards consistent customers with additional convenience and priority services.


VPC Grosh

VPC Grosh is our loyalty credit system.

Eligible completed bookings earn VPC Grosh, which can be redeemed for selected VPC products and services in accordance with the VPC Club Terms & Conditions.

Your VPC Grosh balance is available through your VPC Club Lounge.


Loyalty Tiers

Your loyalty tier is determined by the number of completed bookings made with VPC Rentals.

Only completed bookings that were successfully fulfilled without refunds are counted towards tier progression.


Welcome

2–4 completed bookings

Welcome is the first loyalty level available to returning customers.

Members receive:

  • Entry into the VPC loyalty programme
  • VPC Grosh eligibility
  • Access to the VPC Club Lounge
  • Booking history and digital booking management

Plus

5 completed bookings

Plus recognises customers who regularly travel with VPC.

Members receive everything included in Welcome, plus:

  • Complimentary vehicle pre-positioning at the requested collection location
  • Available when requested in advance

This service is provided without additional charge for eligible Plus members.


Prime

6 or more completed bookings

Prime is our highest public loyalty tier.

Members receive all Plus benefits together with additional operational convenience designed for frequent travellers.

Prime benefits include:

  • Priority operational handling
  • Complimentary fuel handling

With complimentary fuel handling, there is no need to refill the vehicle before returning it.

VPC Rentals will refill the vehicle after collection and upload the fuel receipt directly to your VPC Club Lounge. Fuel costs are deducted from the security deposit in the normal manner.


Private Room Access

The VPC Club Lounge includes a secure communication area for long-term customers.

Two-way messaging is available only after 8 completed bookings.

Before that point, customers continue to receive booking updates, vehicle information and operational notices through the VPC Club Lounge, while communication remains one-way from VPC Rentals.

This approach allows us to maintain fast response times while prioritising customers with an established rental history.
