Additionally, if someone arrives at our office under the influence of substances that impair judgment or behavior, we will decline to rent a vehicle to them- even if that decision results in negative reviews. The safety of our staff, other customers, our vehicles, and the broader community is non-negotiable.
We understand that emotions can run high during travel, especially when things don’t go as expected. But attempting to manipulate or retaliate through false or misleading reviews is unfair- not only to us, but to the many people who rely on those reviews for genuine guidance.
